Dance of Awareness

This is a semi guided free dance that begins and ends very slowly whilst lying on a yoga mat on the floor, with guidance to sense into the body, and then to allow movement to happen, with music to encourage expression and release of tensions held in the body, coming into the present and letting go of whatever is stopping us from feeling truly alive and connected.
